1. Free Site Visit & Consultation

 

We begin by visiting your property at your convenience to understand:

  • Your budget and timeline expectations
     

We'll also provide initial insights on feasibility, local regulations (FAR, zoning), and potential next steps — all at no cost.

2. Customized Proposal & Planning

 

After the site visit, we create a tailored plan that includes:

  • Project scope (construction, legal, design, liaison, etc.)
     
  • Options for builder collaboration or owner-funded development
     
  • Timelines, estimated budgets, and milestones
     
  • Recommended professionals (architects, contractors, legal advisors)
     
  • Roles & responsibilities of all stakeholders
     

Outcome: A detailed project roadmap designed around your goals and comfort.

3. Agreement & Documentation

 

Once you're satisfied with the proposal:

  • We draft a clear agreement outlining deliverables, fees, timelines, and exit clauses
     
  • We help you finalize contracts with builders, architects, or other vendors
     
  • If required, we assist with legal title verification, MOU creation, and builder collaboration agreements

4. Execution & Supervision
