In 2003, Anuj transitioned to the real estate industry, founding Tandon Housing and Constructions Private Limited. As a prominent builder, he has successfully developed over 100 apartment buildings in prime locations across South Delhi and Gurgaon, showcasing his commitment to quality and innovation.
